Direct cylinder / floor mounted gas chlorinator is vacuum operated for solution feed system for water and waste water treatment in commercial , industrial & Municipal .

Applications :

The highest possible safety is provided by the series MG 9 chlorine dispensing method. All models are completely vacuum operated and equipped with spring opposed inlet valve that seals off the gas supply in the event of loss of vacuum .A remote ejector enables the chlorine gas to flow under safe vacuum condition from the source to the point of application. This eliminates addition and potentially hazardous chlorine solution piping, ensuring complete utilisation of chlorine.

A Chlorine supply indicator on the face of each model gives visual indication of loss of chlorine supply.

They are constructed of durable , non corrosive PVC , UHMW, Teflon . Monel, Viton, Hatealloy & glass
This unit can be easily mounted on wall, floor by simply clamping with clamp supplied with the unit it can also be mounted on the floor with the supplied stand.

OPERATION
Water under pressure flows through the ejector at the high velocity , which causes vacuum and opening a NRV in the ejector body The vacuum is conveyed to the vacuum regulator which is mounted on panel/cylinder which causes diaphragm to open the chlorine inlet safety valve which permits gas to flow. Chlorine enters the vacuum regulator section of the chlorinator through a filter to remove any foreign material. the inlet valve spring opposed diaphragm regulates the vacuum at this point.
