Mix material Output Capacity 20 Cu. M/Hr. and Fully automatic plant with 05 Recipe.
Pan type mixer with Imported Planetary Gear Box.
Four bin for three sizes Aggregate and One sand.
Aggregate, Sand, Cement and Water is weighting by load cell 3 Nos. under the mixer.
Mixer main drive motor 30HP X 1440 RPM. 1 No.
Load in conveyor Motor 3 HP with reduction Gear Box4 Nos.
Load in Conveyor BELT 500 W 4 Nos.
Mobile easily from one place to another and Foundation is not required.
Cement is feeling by Screw Conveyor from Cement hopper to pan mixer.
Four bin is feeling Aggregate by Loader/JCB is arrange by you.
Electric Power requirement to operate the plant: 60HP.
