We offer Continuous lead sheathing extruder Type YQL-200/5 or Type YQL-150/5 or Type YQL-100/5It is used to sheath the lead jacket onto electric cable and also for the use of vulcanized rubber pipe cladded with lead.
We offer Continuous lead Sheathing Extruder.
It consists of lead ingot roller conveyor and loading device, lead flake conveyor 18 ton lead melting furnace, 10 ton purification maintaining furnace, lead extruder, vertical stripping machine, traveling pay-off stand, traveling take-up stand and electrical equipment, No. 1die holder or No. 2 die holder.
It features: Compact in construction, even thickness of extruded lead pipe, closed lead processing system, constant unchanged temperature in every part and constant extruding pressure, thus saving the use of lead greatly.
