1.Energy saving and environmental protection
The electro hydraulic forging hammer can save above 80-90% energy than the steam hammer and air compressor hammer, which is the common understanding of persons of machinery industry. It doesn't need boiler and air compressor, remove the smoke pollution, also it improves workers' working condition, so the electro hydraulic forging hammer is an environmental protection product.

2. The operation is convenient and action is flexible.
The operation system is simple. You can operate it by hand or by foot to get the action of hit, return, slow upwards, slow downwards, sudden stop, hanging load etc. This is similar with steam hammer, but it is more flexible than steam hammer.

3. System stabilization and safety protection device
Hmmare rod crack protection: there is safety device for protecting hammer rod crack on lower seal mouth of the link cylinder girder to prevent the accidents.
Decompression protection: When some part of hydraulic system wearing out and leaking, the pressure relay sends off the signal and PLC control main pump offloading so that decompression.
Oil temperature alarm, self-cooling: when the oil temperature overrun the rated value, the PLC control cooling oil pump works.
