Features:

The machine is useful for cap dia. size 22 to 38 mm.
Provided with a Rotating Hopper with chute to feed the caps automaticallly in correct position.
Sealing Rollers are made of hardened and tempered steel.
The fidding of bottels takes place though a synchronised system of star wheel with indexing mechanisms.
Adjustable guide rails ti take all sizes of bottels.
A Turn Table with independent drive on the incoming side.
The main drive is with a 1.5 HP electric motor and seperate drive are provided for Hopper (.25HP) and Sealing Head Assembly (.33 HP).
Capacity 2000 to 4000 bottels per hour.
