We, Hydromech Industries specializes in manufacture of Metal Extrusion Press for the Extrusion of Aluminium, Brass and Copper Alloys and are capable of manufacturing Presses of capacities from 360 MT to 1600 MT and above. Competent Engineers Technically qualified and experienced manages the company with a experience of 2 to 3 decades in the field of Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Erection and Commissioning of Extrusion Presses and supporting equipments.
- These presses can be made of closed frame /4 Pillar construction. These are used to mould Seals, V-belts, Auto mobile Rubber Components, Flap moulding etc. Multi daylight/Multi station presses with PLC control are used for heavy production.
- Capacity: 25 600 Tons.
- Stroke: 200 to 800 mm.
- Daylight: 300 to 1200 mm.
- Working Area: 300 x 300 to 1200 mm x 1200 mm.
- Operation: Push button in inch/single cycle.
