We offer Production Line Of Rigid Polyfoam Sandwich Panel With Aluminum Foil Facings.

This production line is mainly applied to manufacture polyurethane-or phenol-laminated sandwich panel with aluminum foil facings used for making central air-conditioning ducts, which can also manufacture the panels with flexible facings such as brown paper, aluminum foil reinforced paper, etc.

This production line is a kind of specialized equipment for producing laminated panels with the middle layer of anti-combustion polyurethane or polyisocyanurate or phenolic polyfoam and with aluminum foil as the top and bottom face layers. The laminated panel is between 20 and 30 mm in thickness, 1200mm in width, length determined by the customer. The panel is mainly used as the ventilation pipe for central air-conditioners. Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers could also be produced on the line.

The operation principle of this line is as follows: raw materials of rigid-foam plastic are delivered into the mixing head through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected onto the bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with the top superficial sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are hardened into shape, after which the laminated sheet is edge-trimmed and, by an automatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into segments according to the preset length.
The production line has already passed the hi-and neo-tech product identification carried out by the Economic and Trade Commission of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, being evaluated as one of the first-batch high and new products of Jiangsu Province (Product No.: 041111G0025N) and listed as a National-Level New Product Project (Project No.: 2004ED690193).
