Hi-Tech Flake Ice Maker is a vertical, double-waued, cylindrical evaporator. The cylinder remains stationary, while the internal rotor, water rings and drip shield revolve. Water Is pumped into the top of the rotor and distributed through the water rings on to inner freezing surface in a continuous curtain.

Ice can be continuously produced even a 24 hours a day without an attendant-In case of power failure all water drains in to the water rectrculation tank. There is no danger of your Ice system freezing up.
