1. buyer issues icpo with soft probe permission
2. authorization letter with full bank coordinates will be issued to buyer bank officer to contact the princes bank officer to confirm account holder name.
this account would be used for the lodgement of the rwa.
3 buyers and seller complete contract agreement and lodge in their respective banks.
4. rwa issued to the seller bank
5. upon lodgement of rwa/ full pop to buyers bank within 2 hrs
6.within two banking days from receiving of pop by buyer, the buyer responds by issuing a sblc with total face value of at least $1,000,000,000 (one billion us dollars) value. maturity of sblc is entire delivery duration.
7. the payment for each delivery will be in us dollars by wire transfer of payment by swift mt103 to sellers bank account within one banking day.
the payment is released by buyers bank to the seller once the commodity has been delivered without delay (immediately). sgs report will specify quantity in metric tons of delivered commodity and quality according to specifications
note: the above procedures are very strict but if buying a large mt the rules may be relax and if buyer are not able to pay sblc/bg we will sell at platt price no bcl will be requested during this process.
