Effective Fugitive Emissions Control Packing Sets.

In our continuous endeavor to develop effective sealing solutions, we are pleased to introduce our New Fugitive Emissions Control packing for valve stem sealing.

MACSTAR VALVEPAC EC is engineered in custom made rings that boost each other for effective sealing on valve stuffing boxes.
This is made possible due to the compression sensitive construction of each packing ring, ARRANGED STRATEGICALLY inside the stuffing box, responding to slightest of gland load or cyclic loads. The packing rings hug the stuffing box and stem contour to provide complete blockage of leak path along the stuffing box or stem. All components are resistant to osmotic body leakages.

The primary seal is achieved right at the bottom and complemented by the secondary seal in the middle & top of the stuffing box. With all these features , Macstar Valvepac EC becomes an obvious choice for all valves with leaky stuffing boxes, over the conventional packings.

MACSTAR VALVEPAC EC is custom made from premium thermally stable inert and non staining materials suiting to cryogenic as well as very high temperature applications in accordance with API, ISO, FDA, ASA laid down parameters for Fire safety and Emission Control.

Extremely perfect suit for Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOCs), L.P/ M.P/ H.P or Super Heated Steam, Food Stuff, pharma chemicals, Hazardous vapours, Flue gas, Exhaust gases etc.
