SELL - LNG & LPG Procedure
Product:
Liquefied Natural Gas.(LNG)
Liquefied Petroleum Gas. (LPG)
Country of Origin:Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Or (Sellers option).
Chemical Composition:As per Specification in Annex (A & B)
Quantity: LNG: Minimum Quantity 250,000 MT Per Month
LPG: Minimum Quantity 50,000 MT Per Month
Prices: Fixed Price / US$ / Per Metric Ton / CIF
Payment: The Payment has to be revolving by Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Confirmed Letter Credit in USD for 100% Value of the Goods, covering one month shipment .

Performance Bond:Seller issues 1 % Performance Bond in the form of revolving FFDLC for every shipment.

Inspection: Quality and Quantity Inspection has to be done by SGS at the port of loading on Seller's expenses for shipment

Procedure:

1.End Buyer issues Official LOI on his letter head & Company Profile
2.Seller will issue FCO
3.Buyer issues ICPO according the FCO
4.Seller submits the draft contract to the Buyer for review
5.Seller & Buyer both will sign/seal email SPA and consider as official and final contract copy.

6-Seller sends PROOF OF PRODUCT to Buyer's Bank (Swift Wire Bank to Bank MT 999). PRODUCT AVAILABILITY REPORT (POP). This Document will confirm product of LNG/LPG of Said Origin and That The Seller is able to Supply Said Quantity Of ( xxxxx MT ) Per Month for A total of ( xxxxx MT ) Per Year .

7.Not Later than 3 Banking days After receiving of POP Buyer issues either Non - Operative Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible DCL Revolving up to total length of Contract .
