We offer Turbines to our own design for various applications, mechanical and power generation for Process Industries. These turbines are compact, sturdy, robust and simple mechanical design machines using materials with large operating margins making the them ideally suited for reliable with trouble free services.

There are three basic frames for Horizontal, Rotor-in-between bearings Single Stage Steam Turbine covering power up-to 2600 SHP with true centerline support,

Steam Operating Conditions: -
Live Steam: 7.0 - 50 kg/sq.cmg upto 450deg.C
Exhaust/ Back Pressure: - 10 kg/sq.cmg (max.)

Applications: - To drive
Pumps (BFW etc), Mills, Fibrizers, Draft Fans, Exhauster's, Compressors, Generators etc.

1. Design and Engineering

Complete re-designing of steam path and execution to improve the performance of existing/ second hand turbines like lowering of steam/ water rates or to make them work efficiently on different set of operating parameters;

Up-rating/ re-powering of steam turbines by re-nozzling, re-blading etc. to achieving the desired performance standards without the need for replacement of turbine;

We convert steam turbines from previous user into like new equipments to satisfy new customer specifications for a different application, thus avoiding the high cost and long lead time for a new unit. We rebuilt equipment better than new with tighter tolerances/ improved reliability and warrantee;

2. Spares

Critical spares for import substitution; Complete rotor/ Nozzle Plate/ Shafts;
Moving and Stationary Blades; Main and Interstage Nozzles; packed, drilled and vane type; Bearings; Journal and Thrust & Babbitting, Throttle and Emergency Valves, Internals and Linkages; Gland Seals; carbon rings, labyrinths, J-seals etc; Strainers for special applications etc.
