The High frequency vacuum drying is a more modern technology for wood drying. Also, it is the fastest way for drying. It has two advantages:
1) High frequency heating, more equal, dry faster; 17times faster than steam dryer. The drying cycle are mainly 20-30hours.

The high frequency dielectric heating is a technic which turns normal electric power to high frequency electromagnetic power, when HF power acts on the wood, it penetrate the wood fibber and concentrate only the moisture, another distinction is HF concentrate more power on the core of the wood where moisture is higher. So HF power is more suitable for drying of thick hard wood, and superior in drying fast and even.
2) Vacuum condition, the temperature for water evaporation is 100C in normal atmospheric pressure, in this temperature, the wood is easy to split or bent or its fiber is easily be broken which results the weaken of the wood strength.

While in vacuum condition, the evaporation point of water is much lower, for example, the water vaporized in 60C when the vacuum condition at 0.07 MPa, so under vacuum condition, the wood dry much faster while eliminate the problem of split.
