These PVC profiles can be used to make insulating PUF panels as they have a various advantages compared to prepainted GI sheet. The advantages of the using Plastic profiles are as mentioned below
1. Thermal Insulation: Our Profiles are multiwall hollow sections. Therefore increasing the thermal insulation property. As the sections are hollow air has to permeate through PVC then vacuum & then again PVC before it touches PUF & then the same procedure in the interior wall. Therefore making the room temperative inside hot in cold weather & cold in hot weather. It therefore also reduces energy consumption in case air conditioning is used otherwise you can use less PUF insulation & achieve the same insulation property & hence save in cost.
2. Economical: By reducing the thickness of Puf insulation you can reduce the cost of the panel with almost the same insulation. Otherwise in case you do not reduce the PUF Insulation even then the price remains almost the same but with better insulation properties than GI.
3. Colours: The profiles can be made as per the color of the company as we can extrude various colours as per the requirement of the customer.
4. Wastage: The size of the profile can be made as per the customer therefore reducing wastage in case special sizes are required.
