The spherical Graphite is made from natural flake graphite by advanced grinding technology. The microstructure of the graphite powder is spherical. This grade graphite has low specific surface area(SET) and very high tap density. The tap density is above 1.0g/cc, while the SSA(BET) is from 3.0-8m2/g. The particle size is from 8 micron to 30 micron at D50.

Because of its high crystalline structure and high purity, Spherical Graphite powder is mainly used as anode materials for Lithium ion rechargeable battery. The discharge capacity is above 360mAh/g, and cycle life is excellent.
