ROTOFLEX SUPER 1000
ROTOFLEX SUPER 1000, an Eight Station Rotogravure Printing Machine, with flying splice turret unwind an rewind facilities, is for the purpose of printing flexible packaging materials.
- Modular Construction
ROTOFLEX SUPER 1000 is modular construction machine. Each printing station is a complete entity by itself. Therefore a station or two can always be added even at a later stage provided that the main drive power rating is taken care of right in the beginning.
The printing cylinder within a width range of 800 mm to 1050 mm can be loaded/ unloaded on each print station through a unique shiftless, pneumatic chucking arrangement. This is identical not only save the changeover time but also ensure the exact center-to-center locking. This is identical to the manner is which electronic engraving and mirror polishing is accomplished in a state-of-the-art cylinder manufacturing facility.
- Drive & Control System
* The machine is equipped with seven DC motor integrated digital drive and PC / panel view controls.
* The dedicated software prepared and perfected at Flex R&D center is intensely interactive & extremely user friendly.
* All the four tension zones are equipped with frictionless dance feed back devices, which ensure very precise actual web tension control.
* The digital drive precision tension control, together with the automatic length register control equipment and the web viewing system ensure superb end result. These feature are the ultimate as far as the gravure press automation is concerned.
- Additional Services
* The sale of each ROTOFLEX SUPER 1000 is backed up by Foundation and placement engineering whereby reassembly is done within a tolerance of 0.02 mm for leveling and alignment prior to the actual commission.
* Before the actual installation of the machine, operational and maintenance training can also provided at our works.
