Complex fireproof system is intended for isolation of air lines, ventilating lines and thin-walled metal designs, for prolongation of fire resistance at influence of open fire and heats. Fireproof system consists of basalt fibre (the basalt fireproof rolled material) covered on the one side a aluminum foil and heat-resistant gluey mastic. The materials of fireproof system are ecologically pure and do not contain toxic substances. Complex fireproof system is delivered in complied with the basalt fibre form of rolls and ready to use gluey mastic in plastic buckets. Time of fire protection of ventilating systems is 30 - 90 min. The basalt fireproof material is issued in the form of a canvas from basalt the ultra thin fibres (with a diameter 2-3 microns and length 90 - 160 mm.) on the one side covered by an aluminum foil. The material ( 5 - 7 - 10 milimeters ) is reeled up on the paper bobbin and is packed into plastic packing. The heat resistant gluey mastic is specially prepared as heat and fire resisting coating (glue) for the zinced (corrosion-proof) and basalt fiber surfaces. Packing in plastic buckets ( 20 and 25 kg ).
