I have invested in many trade-portals and faced two typical problems: one was the service part, where the representatives were active only when there were renewals and sales meeting but not when we had problems, Secondly and more importantly was the knowledge of executives about businesses/industries. Most of them only knew a keywordsa , a SEOa more essentially technology part.
