This is fully automatic plant with electronic load cell type, weighs batching system for Aggregates, Cement, Water and additive.

The Pan Mixer suspended with 3 Load cells for weighing of Aggregate, Cement, Water and additive. The recipes selection is to be entered and based on the number of batches selected, all operation are carried out fully automatically i.e. if the plant is set on ‘AUTO’ mode then weighing of Aggregate, Cement, Water and Additive and discharge from mixer are all carried out according to the sequence, for the number of batches selected.
