These Alarate (Alather) BN Series Rubber Ink, which prepared with the excellent hydrophobic resin, high quality pigments and fillers, and so on, are of excellent adhesion and good covering powder. The film is of excellent flexibility and is anti-tensile, washable, foldable, etc.

Proposed Operation
Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC7 treater and make sure non-dust, non-impurity. To dilute the ink with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner and then is ready（In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant）. In order to improve the adhesion and hardness of the film effectively, please add 15-25% (to total) ALATIVE SN13 activator.
Mesh count: 70T to 180T
Drying: Air dry in 15 to 30 minutes , or forced dry at 60℃in about 10 minutes (without activator).
Air dry in 12-24 hours, or forced dry at 70℃in about 50 minutes (activator added).
Cleaning: To remove the stain and bad print with ALATIVE SC6 remover, and to clear the screen plate with ALATIVE CC6 cleaner.
