Indication & Dosage :
Liver Transplantation: 10,000 IU during anhepatic phase and daily administration of 10,000 IU during the first week of post LT followed by 10,000 IU on monthly basis.
Perinatal Transmission: For neonates born to HbsAg positive mothers is 200 IU within 12 hours of birth, preferably within 48 hours of birth.
Needle prick injury : PEP dose in adults is 12 IU/kg of body weight. (within 7 days preferably within 48 hours).
Leukemia/Lymphoma: 40 IU/kg for five months along with vaccination in Leukemia / Lymphoma patients followed by booster dose in 12th month.
