We offer our customers the delicious Indian cardamom or elaichi. Biologically known as Elettaria Cardamomum, cardamom is the seed of a tropical fruit in the ginger family. The spice has a rich aroma and slightly sweet or savory flavor, and is thus used for flavoring in Indian, Persian, Turkish, Arab, African and some Scandinavian dishes. However, Cardamom can be used in seafood, sauces, meats, poultry and vegetables as well as desserts, pastries and other baked goods.
