Brushable Ceramic is a liquid ceramic based formulation. Once repairs have been made using Devcon metal or ceramic filled putty, Brushable Ceramic is applied to give excellent protection against bimetallic corrosion, pittings & cavitation. It provides a smooth, low friction surface, thereby aiding streamlined flow in pumps piping etc., which in turn improves pump operating efficiency. Brushable Ceramic has got high resistance to most alkalis, acids & chemicals. Brushable Ceramic provides excellent electrical insulation and hence can be coated on
panels, panel seperators, insulator etc, which are pitted or burnt due to flash over, for restoring IR value. Brushable Ceramic Blue (Nuclear Grade) is designed to meet the stringent requirement of the nuclear industry. It is formulated using a low chloride polymer resin to reduce the risk of corrosion. Brushable Ceramic White is certified (Certified to ANSI/NSF61) for potable water applications and used in meat & poultry processing plants.
