Carbon & Oil Batching System for Rubber Industries is used to dispense a required quantity of carbon and oil into the Intermix/Banbury. The batching system consists of storage and weigh hoppers with pneumatically operated butterfly valves and vibrators for batching of carbon. The system is provided with an overhead heating tank and an intermediate weighing tank for batching of oil. The batching of oil is done as per loss in weight of oil in the intermediate tank. The whole system is PLC controlled for accurate and consistent operation.

Carbon is fed from the storage hopper into a weighing hopper where it is weighed and dispensed. The viscous oil is heated and dispensed into a weighing tank. The required quantity of oil is injected into the intermix as per loss in weight of oil in the weighing tank.
