For drying line there're several parts u should know:
a. The finished products will be heated uniformly by the downward sloping wind nose
b. adopt hot air recycle system, which combined by blower, hot air pipe/tunnel, moisture dispelling tunnel.
c. Drying oven: steel structure frame, 2.1m long and 0.15m thick with asbestos inside.
d. Conveyor: combined by chain and zinc-coated steel (galvanized steel) link plate, the conveying speed is adjustable.
e. Width of conveyor: 1.2m-2.0m
f. Total length (drying line): 26m-44m
g.Oven temperature: 180-230
h. Fuel: oil or gas will be ideal option.
