The main structure of the Machine consist of pillars, Guide frame Connecting rod, tie beam etc. are manufactured from heavy steel plates, machined & Ground to tolerance limits. Balanced from high accuracy along with precise alignment of various mating parts ensures smooth operation of the Machine. Feed rate of the machine is shown by the digital feed meter.

Hydraulic tensioning device is ensures that machine starts only when the blade is preset to the tension required. The main motor is interlocked with water pump and does not start in case water is insufficient or not available at the blade. Proper safety device ensure high dependability of the machine.
