NMF's Concrete Batching Plant guarantee the production of top quality concrete with extensive mixing action performed by a main drive motor (22kw) and a unique power transmission system which smoothly delivers maximum power to mixing tools & high intensity rotor blades with highest efficiency and economy. Our Batching Plant is designed in a manner to make the operation & Maintenance easy. The inner & outer walls as well as bottom of our PAN type concrete mixer are lined with exchangeable wear plates. Two part mixing arms & outer scraper arms are adjustable horizontally as well as vertically and are spring loaded to prevent any damage. The discharge gates are operated hydraulically to ensure the smooth operation and fast clear discharge to reduce mix cycle time. The dosing gates are pneumatically operated. Weighing of aggregate and water is done by load cells for better accuracy. The skip Hoist is provided with rope drums & rope and electric motor for operating the skip hoist.

The weighing and control system of Batching Plant is with auto/manual controls. Concrete batching and mixing control system is set directly on the front panel of the control cabinet with printer. Control panel is mounted in a cabin.
