TECHNICAL DETAILS OF ELECTRONIC ATTACHMENTS
* Aggregate Batching Hopper mounted on 750 kgs. capacity Load Cell Frame.
* Water Batching Tank of 50 ltrs. capacity with 100 kgs. capacity Load Cell and Control Panel.
* Accuracy of Electronic Batching Systems would be between 0-0.5%
* Control Panel shall have 1/2" Backlit LCD's, each for Water & Aggregate Batching Systems.
* Cut off function for Water Batching would be automatic.

ELECTRONIC FEATURES:
(A) ELECTRONIC AGGREGATE WEIGHING SYSTEM: This system consist of 1/2ā€¯, 8 digits Backlit LCD Display, 1 Tone capacity Load Cell, robust connector for Load Cell interfacing, etc.

(B) ELECTRONIC WATER WEIGH BATCHER: This system consist of 1/2ā€¯, 8 digits Backlit LCD Display, robust connector for Load Cell connection, 300 kgs. Capacity Load Cell with Platform Pad Plates, mounting Pads, necessary fasteners, Water Pump, Solenoid outlet Valve, Wiring, etc. The system can work completely semi-automatic or manually.
