Susceptor & Heater Plate

The Susceptor & Heater Plates are welded by the method to insert a specific shape and non-consumable tool between the materials to be welded and to re-crystallize the two materials by the friction stir welding method in solid state at the temperature lower than melting point using the friction heat generated at the two materials.
