THCR60 achieves a rich flavor with a roasting system using radiant heat and hot blast. Compared to direct drum type, the roasting system based on uniform heat distribution and hot blast gets good results even for beginners. It ensures a perfectly uniform roasting result even during dark roasting.
2. Maximization of heat efficiency
Excellent roasting is realized by unique drum structure and gas burner portion making it possible to complete the roasting in about 10~20 minutes.
3. Precise control of displacement
Displacement can be controlled for fine taste and flavor by using Damper control function. Automatic control system helps you to open and close damper more conveniently.
4. Rapid cooling system
Rapid cooling after roasting completion is an important factor to maintain taste and flavor. THCR60 completes cooling in 3 minutes using a powerful blower.
5. (Optional) Automatic Control System
Our large capacity product automatically runs the following the processes; Feeding → Roasting → Cooling→ Discharging The system is programmed to roast coffee beans at a set temperature. Data print function is optional.
6. Safety system
THCR60 is designed to shut off the gas valve when the exhaust blower stops. If it reaches the set temperature during the process, it stops supplying gas.
