The fresh air flow; in such painting booth is from top to bottom or from behind the operator. Paint booth consists of major four parts. First is water tank which rests on the floor. On the top of water tank is the extraction chamber. The exhaust fan is placed on top of the extraction chamber.

The underground placed tank can be either alkali-proof rcc o fabricated out of ms plates. Depending on the size of the component, the painting booth can be single sided or the double sided. There is single or double extraction chamber, on either or both sides of the component. The fresh air, coming from top of the painting booth takes away the over spray paint particles through metallic grill.
