Scrapping System

These scrapping system are ideal torsion-elastic bearings for all types of conveyor belt scrapers. The unique characteristics of these elements allowing a pretension of +/- 30A and offering a nearly linear spring rate are predestination as belt preserving and automatic acting scraper suspensions. Neither shear mounts, nor rubber bushings are offering similar properties. The relatively big operation angle of this unit is one of the main reasons. Belt connection clamps and vulcanized repairs along the belt require from the scraper bearing an immediate deflecting of the blade in fractions of a second to avoid damages on the belt surface. This element folds the scraper out, compensates the impact with its damping capabilities and is repressing the blade immediately on the belt.
