ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Magaldrate I.P : 400 mg
Dicyclomine Hcl I.P : 10 mg
Oxethazine B.P. : 5 mg

PRESENTATION : 10 x 10 Dispersible Tablets

INDICATIONS : abdominal colic, intestinal colic, ureteric colic, biliary colic, dysmennorhoea and other smooth muscle spasms.

DOSAGE : one tablet three times daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : Patients with cardiovascular disorders, infants under six months, glaucoma, obstructive disease of the intestiney.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Urinary retention, prostatic enlargement, tachycardia, cardiac insufficiency, paralytic ileus, ulcerative colitis, pyloric stenosis, may aggravate gastro oestophageal reflux.

DRUG INTERACTIONS
Nefopam, disopyramide, antidepressants, antihistamine, certain anti-psychotic and amantidine.

ADVERSE DRUG REACTIONS
Dry mouth, blurred vision, dry skin, urinary hesitant in elderly, tachycardia, rarely diarrhoea and constipation.
