Horizontal Type Air Circulating Drying Oven with Rays:

Chamber capacity: 500-14,000 liters, at temperature up to 250 ﾃつｰC, 425 ﾃつｰC and 625 ﾃつｰC.
Construction: Ferritic stainless steel interior, mild steel clad with zinc coated steel sheet interior
Owing to low thermal mass insulation and heavy-duty impellers at 1400 rpm driven by three phase electric motors, the high thermal efficiency and horizontal airflow are achieved
Vertical airflow is available on selected models
A temperature uniformity of +5 ﾃつｰC to within 100 mm of the walls and roof and 150 mm of doors and floors.
Models: Fitted with side-hinged doors, either single or double, depending on size of the oven
Its vertical doors are fitted as standard equipments on large volume 600 ﾃつｰC (over 1m3) and remain optional for other models.
Tray Dryers with Cross-Flow Air Circulation:

Fan is meant for circulation of the heated air which designed for cross-flow with impeller provided to rotate freely without a surrounding fan housing
Impeller has fan blades that rotates air jet slowly in the direction similar to impeller rotation
