Process Controls :
* Rapid Mixer Granulator is a versatile machine developed for mixing as well as granulation of ingredients.
* The multi-blended dual speed impeller is fitted close to the base of the mixing bowl whereas the chopper is mounted on the wall of the mixing bowl.
* Both the impeller as well as the chopper have dual speed options for gently distributing the granulating solution as it is added and for fluidizing the charge and creating the vortex of the material being mixed by both vertical and horizontal components.
