This microprocessor controlled Orbital Shaking Incubators's body is fabricated with stainless steel of SS-304 grade. To make the top lid transparent, we use a see through flexi glass. It has a variable speed rotary shaker platform fitted with imported DC driven motor to maintain continuity in functioning. This shaking platform can station 16 flasks of 250/500 ml or 25 flasks of 100 ml or 36 flasks of 50 ml. It is stationed at the base of the incubator so as to shake Erlenmeyer flasks. Further, the variable speed motor is fitted at the base, on the outside of the inner chamber. The whole unit stands on a sturdy angle frame. To control temperature, it is equipped with microprocessor based PID digital temperature indicator -cum-controller from ambient temperature to 70°C ± 0.5°C. This model also has a Microprocessor Digital Rpm/Speed Indicator. To maintain temperature uniformity it is fitted with an air circulation fan.
