Operation:
The filling sequences starts after the feed hopper has been filled with product and the conical valve is closed.

1. A big-bag is placed on the filling tube with the slings hung over the hook connected to the weighing load cell.
2. The operator starts the filling cycle by push button.
3. The cone valve opens and the product flow into the bag, until the target weight is reached.
4. On reaching the target weight the cone valve closes automatically. The bag is now ready for removal.
5. The forklift truck lifts the bag including the hook and removes the bag.
6. An exchange hook is hung in position and a new bag is hung into place. The sequences is ready to start again.
