Glass Textile Sleeving with Polyurethane Based Coating is manufactured with non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving and coated it with acryl ate latex and polyurethane and then heated it to form F grade insulating sleeving. It possesses reliable heat resistance, good qualities of dielectric, excellent softness and elasticity. It can be used for wiring insulation and mechanic protection for F grade electrical machinery electric appliances.

Requirements of Property:
Bending after heating: No visible cracking or detachment of coating and the colour shall be cleary recognizable.(use a test temperature of 180℃±3K.)
Bending at low temperature: No sivible cracking or detachment of coating. ( use a test temperature of -15℃±3K.)

Hydrolysis of coating: No running of the coating.No adherence between sleeving and paper or between the pieces of sleeving.No sign of discoloration of the paper

Flam propagation : 60seconds max, The indicator flag on any of the three test specimens shall not be burned, burned awayor charred,nor shall flaming or glowing particles or flaming drops ignite the cotton.

Temperature index: 155℃
