These anaerobics are developed to maximize efficiency and and minimize the need for machinery maintenance in your facility. We manufacture quality Anaerobics. Curing on metal substrates in the absence of oxygen, these adhesives are designed to deliver metal-to-metal bonds that are resistant to shock and vibration. The adhesive also forms the strong structural bond with polymer or plastic. Polymers chemistry permits formulations of anaerobic adhesive of various strengths and viscosities. The different grades of the anaerobic developed are used for variety of applications that includes:
* Locking and sealing of threaded parts to prevent self-loosening, seizure due to corrosion and leakage through the threads.
* Co-axial bonding (retaining) of cylindrical parts such as bushes, ball bearing, collars, shafts, gears, cup plugs, oil seals and knobs.
* Sealing of flat mating surfaces, eliminations of traditional gaskets.
* Mounting of keys in keys ways to prevent wallowing and loosening.
* Impeggnating porous castings, welds and powder metal parts to prevent leakage and improve machine ability. To improve and some time make electroplating possible on porous parts.
In all of the above applications an anaerobic adhesive/ sealant of the right strength and viscosity fills the space between the two joining surfaces as a liquid and then hardens/ cures to a solid polymer.
