The CO2 Cylinder Filling Pump is of special design to handle liquid CO2 at extremely low temperature at pressure (approx, 22kg/ cm2) and pumping the same to 80 kg/cm or more in cylinders. The entire piping circuit is made that the pumps run continuously and the excess liquid is returned back to the storage system. These days cylinders are filled more and more with the help of a special liquid pump which pumps the liquid from the liquid source to the cylinder filling system.
