Automatic Rim Profiling Machine

Automatic Rim Profiling Machine Suitable for profiling 20G, 19G, 18G,cold rolled carbon strip with production capacity of 1400 to 1600 pcs. per day, 8 hours shift, suitable for rolling 28"*1.1/2", w.o. cycle rims, Rickshaw rims & moped rims.
The machine is equipped with special K high chrome tempered rolling attachment to give long life, smooth & unified rim profiles for years of services.The seem welding of bead seats is provided by two twin water cooled 150 K.V.A. each transformers along with chromium copper electrodes.
The machine is capable of producing high quality cycle rims from C.R.C.A. strip 76.2 wide. 89 to 03 mm thickness.The machine consists of special thick steel fabricated body mounted on construction steel base.The body is precision bored and fitted with high quality special admiralty grade gun metal bushes.

Machine cut special gears are keyed to both top and bottom roll spindles along with transmission shafts for homogeneous transmission of drive from fixed speed geared motor drive to the bottom roll spindles. The top shafts are adjustable vertically by control screws provided with hand wheel and lock nut.The forming rollers are locked from the front with cut board links which are provided with half bearing and adjustable centers.
