The rotary kiln consist of four parts:
1) material feeding device. By this device, feeding material at manual control quantity can be made, and the quantity may be continuously adjusted according to the requirement of production.
2) The kiln and transmission device. The kiln is divided into three function sections by the building and pouring of fire-resistant material.
3) Sintering and temperature and pressure control device. By this device, the temperature, pressure and atmosphere will meet the requirement of ferrite pre-sintering actions, and they will be adjusted automatically. The fuel includes heavy oil, diesel and gas, etc.
4) Slow cooling device. It makes the high temperature pre-sintered material cooled in a short time.
