Hanu Autonics Pvt. Ltd. Offers an extremely reliable, low maintenance highly accurate Hydraulic Rim straightening Machine. Its double Dies at center removes bends of heavily damaged rim accurately at corners and the hydraulic jack attachment is able to remove most of the middle bends from the rims.

There is always possibility of deforming of rim when removing the bend of the collar of the rim with the help of single die where as in our machine Double die from the out side and small single dies at both of the collar from inside put uniform pressure on the rim and there is No possibility of deforming the rim.

This machine is flexible enough to adjust for future rims of more width and more diameters, without any functional and manufacturing change, if comes.

We supply Die attachment of 4a , 4.5a , 5a , 5.5a , 6a and 6.5a in pairs along with machine other then 2 no of bottom die and 5 no of top die.
