External Casing :
The exterior casing of the unit is constructed from mild steel plate (IS 2062 GR) and supported with angles and channels internally and externally.

Doors :
All the doors are made from mild steel ( IS 2062 GR. ) and are lined with high grade castable cement.

Internal Lining :-
The inner portion of the unit is lined with high alumina refractory bricks backed by cold & hot face insulation material as per IS 2042 grade.

Stack :-
Stack is a self supporting chimney with ladder & sampling point is provided for the disposal of flue gases and its monitoring It can also be custom designed according to special requirement.

Control Panel :-
We have a weather proof, powder coated control panel to operate the system in both-automatic and manual mode. Ours user friendly control panel includes, control switches, indicating lamps, automatic timers, temp controller & indicator and On / Off push buttons operating systems.

Burners :
We manufacture fully automatic, spark ignited, gas or oil fired, burners including all the necessary inter locks which are provided in Primary and Secondary chambers with jet atomizer producing short & intense flame.
