Heena Bottoam Traction (HBT) Lift Duty Units are an addition to the all ready manufactured range of units offered by Heena Engineering Co.Ltd. All Major Parts are made on latest CNC Machines.

The cast iron Castings confirm to IS-210/1993.The Unit is so designed keeping in view of the interchangeable parts, hence main drive pulley can be easily detached from main pulley boss. Same way gear can also be detached from main pulley boss. Even backlash can be adjusted after certain use. An oil seal has been provided in front cover of worm shaft to avoid oil leakage.

The S4 Duty electric motor used has fins for cool thermic effect and bush bearing for smooth and silent operations. Rotor is of double cage copper bars, dynamically Balanced. Sleeve bearings are provided with self lubricating oil systems and oil seals. It gives starting torque of 2 to 2.5 times the full load torque. These motors are Suitable for 120 Starts per Hours

The stable electromagnetic brake, which is specially designed for bottom traction unit works on 110 V.D.C.
