This Extruder For Producing Oriented Sheet From Nylon consists of 2 sets: one is used for producing Thick flat sheet from Nylon using Extruder & T-Die, Heating/Cooling Rollers, Conveyors & Winder.
The second set consists of Orientation(stretching) Rollers, Orientation Oven, Stabilising oven and winder for oriented sheets.

By stretching the thick Nylon sheet in heated condition, tensile strength of the sheet is greatly increased while it becomes thin and elongated in machine direction. High tensile strength is required for such sheets sicne they are used as tensile member in Sandwich belting used in power transmission. In operation such belts exhibit practically nil elongation mainly because of high tensile strength of the tensile member.

We offer Extruder in 65mm and 75mm sizes to produce Nylon Oriented sheet from 0.8-1.5mm thickness and width 320mm.
