Rigid PVC Pipe Plant is Single screw Extruder with equipment for producing PVC pipe, Rod & section.
The line consists of a single screw Extruder fitted with electric motor, gear box, belts, pulley drive, hopper, nitride hardened screw/barrel set, heaters, blowers, die head with die, etc., vacuum chamber and water trough, cater puller haul-off, automatic cutter and control panel. In operation, the PVC dry blend compound is fed into the Extruder, where it is heated ,melted and forced out of the annular die in form of hot hollow pipe. This passes through vacuum sizing chamber fitted with sizer for proper size as per OD of pipe desired, and through the water tank where the pipe is cooled. The pipe thus produced is passed through caterpiller unit which maintains the pipe straight as it passes through the line, and finally through the cutter where desired lengths are cut. The control panel is fitted with controls for the DC motors of Extruder, caterpiller and precision electronic solid-state controllers for accurate control of the process temperature and safety devices.

Above machines are manufactured in screw sizes of 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm and 90mm to produce Rigid PVC pipes from 10mm dia. (min.) to 160mm dia (max.) sizes, with corresponding outputs of 15 Kgs/hour (min) and 100 Kgs/hour (max).
