We manufacture Baking Oven for wire rod/wire coils to cater steel-wire industry. Pickled wire rod coils after phosphating washing and neutralizing are loaded in the baking oven for baking upto 130 to 150 c for about 20 minutes to remove hydrogen embitterment of pickled coils. Further, the oven uses turbofan to supply sufficient air at low pressure to heating box. Hot air is uniformly distributed in coil chamber and sucked from the opposite side. This causes cross current of hot air which passes through coil and is delivered to the suction side of turbo fan. The used air is re-circulated again and again to get maximum energy savings. Heater box, coil chamber and pipeline to suction of the turbo fan are insulated to prevent heat losses. The coils are inserted from top with the pickling hook that is mounted on brackets provided in the coil chamber.
