Application:
ZJD series oil purifier are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, gear oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil. The most breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water, gas, impurities etc. ZJD series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.
It is widely used in hydropower station, metallurgy, spring steel factory, fertilizer factory, power plant, motor factory, petrifaction, railroad and other enterprises. It can purify mechanical oil, refrigerator oil, hydraulic oil, quenching oil, steamer oil, diesel engine oil, wheel oil, insulation oil, and emulsification oil, oil with too much water and waste oil. The polluted lubricating oil is purified and reused by taking off water-solubility, acid, alkali and impurity. It can reach the national stand of keeping working viscidity, flash point, etc.
