This equipment is best suited for low volume production, it is ideal for small scale manufacturers. It consists of an angular frame on which a back plate with heater is mounted to which the moulds are fixed. The movable half moves on a `V` grooved block & is easily opened & closed by a hand lever. All the parts are made of C.I and hence spare replacement is immediately available. Heaters are provided only for initial heating. Any grid type moulds could be mounted on this stand.
